| Cathy Pettibone – Director
When it comes to herding cats, Cathy Pettibone is a certified specialist. This comes in handy as the Director of the Conference. Cathy keeps all the planning on track and takes care of all those little details that no one knew existed. Her most important duty is ordering the Conference t-shirts. When not herding cats, Cathy is the Director of Christian Education and Youth Ministries at St. John’s United Church of Christ in Chesterfield, Missouri.

| Paula Hoffman – Assistant Director & Worship Coordinator
The word impossible does not exist in the vocabulary of Paula Hoffman. Rev. Hoffman is the Senior Minister at First Presbyterian Church in Warner Robins, Georgia. You will find that Paula is a creative force to be reckoned with. She loves her dog Katie, her cats Bo & Luta, and spreading the love of God to everyone she meets.

| Ron Motley – After Dinner Mint Dean
What is an “After Dinner Mint Dean?” Glad you asked…it’s a Ron Motley. Ron is in charge of all of our evening fun together. Since we can’t do a traditional LOGOS Family Time, we save our fun and games for the evening. Ron is a bit on the “unusual” side and can keep the Conference laughing and having fun together for hours. Ron is the Director of Christian Education at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Corsicana, Texas.

| Carole Motley – Conference Manager
If you have a question about the Conference, Carole Motley has the answer. She is the glue that holds this operation together. As the Conference Manager she is in charge of all the registrations and details that go along with it. Carole is from Corsicana, Texas where she is a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church.

| Sandi Barlow – Bible Study Writer
No matter the task, Sandi Barlow can get it done. After raising three kids and being happily married to Todd “T-Train” Barlow, helping to write the Conference Bible Study is a breeze. Sandi is also the LOGOS Director and Executive Secretary at First Baptist Church in Bloomington, Illinois.

| Betsy Strain – Bible Study Writer
There are two types of people in this world: those who like Neil Diamond, and those who don’t. Betsy Strain falls into the former and not the latter group. Betsy serves as the Director of Christian Nurture at First Christian Church in Crawfordsville, Indiana. Betsy has been involved with the Conference for many years and has filled many roles, including being part of this year’s Bible Study writing team.

| Keith Strain – Bible Study Writer
Each morning Keith Strain wakes up and asks “what can I do for the Conference today?” The answer this year is, help write the Bible Study. Keith is the Pastor at First Christian Church in Crawfordsville, Indiana. In his spare time, he can often be found in New Orleans rebuilding homes and playing with power tools.

| Todd Barlow – Logistics Coordinator
Todd Barlow, otherwise known as T-Train to his close friends and family, is charged with the task of figuring out how to get everything we need for the Conference to the YMCA of the Rockies. When Todd isn’t figuring how to cram everything into a U-haul, he serves as a member of The LOGOS Ministry Board of Directors and is an active member of First Baptist Church of Bloomington, Illinois.

| Meredith Keedy – Dean of Women
How do we keep track of all those crazy youth during Conference? Easy…we have Meredith Keedy. Meredith serves as the Dean of Women and is charged with making sure our young ladies are all following the schedule, having fun, and experiencing the Kingdom of God. It’s a big job, but Meredith does it with grace, joy, and patience. Meredith is from Crawfordsville, Indiana and as a member of First Christian Church she attended this Conference as a youth “way back when.”

| Joye Moore – Assistant Dean of Women
How do we keep Meredith sane? We pair her up with Joye Moore of course! Joye Moore is from Lee’s Summit, Missouri and serves as our Assistant Dean of Women. Joye can always be found with a smile on her face and with an encouraging word to share. She is a fearless LOGOS leader at First Presbyterian Church of Lee’s Summit and we couldn’t do Conference without her.

| Barry Holmes – Dean of Men
Barry Holmes, aka the King of Kansas City, is our Dean of Men. Barry keeps the Conference running smoothly by keeping our young men on schedule, having fun, and experiencing the Kingdom of God. Barry is from Overland Park, Kansas and is a member of First Presbyterian Church of Independence, Missouri.

| Spencer Bergsten – Assistant Dean of Men
This year’s Assistant Dean of Men is Spencer Bergsten. Spencer trained for this role for many years as both a student and an adult leader at the Conference. Spencer is from Independence, Missouri where he is a member of First Presbyterian Church of Independence.

| Brad Sanko – Choir Director
Brad Sanko serves at the Conference Choir Director and can turn “no singers” into beautiful singers in less than a week. Brad’s obvious love for music and God shines through each and every choir practice. When not singing in the mountains, Brad is the Minister of Music at First Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Dyersburg, Tennessee.

| D’awn Dailey – Activities Director
If you have been to the Conference before, you may know our Activities Director as D’awn Marcum. But now that she is a glowing newlywed, we call her D’awn Dailey. Although wedding planning is not an activity option this year, we do have lots of activity options to pick from. D’awn keeps all the leaders, assistants, and students organized and having fun for the Kingdom of God. D’awn is a proud Texan who is a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Corsicana, Texas.

| Paul Lawrence – Assistant Activities Director
No, Paul did not assist D’awn with her wedding planning, but he does do an awesome job assisting her with the Conference Activity hour. Paul can usually be found roaming the grounds of the YMCA checking in with Activity leaders. He’s used to lots of activity due to being the father of 5 kids. Paul is a member of First Baptist Church in Bloomington, Illinois.

| Donna Bergsten – Bible Study Coordinator
Donna Bergsten serves as the Bible Study Coordinator, which is right up her ally. Donna is the Director of Children & Youth Ministries at First Presbyterian Church of Independence, Missouri. She loves kids of all ages (especially her grandchildren). Her biggest task each year is organizing the legendary Kansas City bus that brings groups to the Conference from the KC area.

| Brian Tanaka – Praise Band Coordinator
The only thing greater than Brian’s talent in music is his desire to lead others in worship. And he has a servant’s heart to boot! On most days of the Conference, Brian can be found behind the drum set with a smile on his face. Brian regularly shares his talents at First Baptist Church in Bloomington, Illinois.

| Frank Harmon – Hospitality Team
Frank Harmon is part Indiana and part California. That combination equals a whole lot of fun. Frank is the other part of our Hospitality Team with Deb Mulhern. Frank brings a friendly face, a lot of energy, and ideas that will make you say, “Did we just do that?” Frank is the Associate Pastor of Placentia Presbyterian Church in lovely Placentia, California.

| Deb Mulhern – Hospitality Team
As a member of the Hospitality Team, Deb Mulhern helps calms the fears of students and leaders before they even arrive at the Conference. Deb is the friendly voice that may call your church asking if you need any help preparing for the week. All the friendly faces you see as you arrive at the YMCA of the Rockies were placed there by Deb as well. What can we say; she’s a friendly lady. Deb is the LOGOS Director at Sun Prairie United Methodist Church in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin.

| Rick Mulhern – Conference EMT
If you’re feeling down and out at the Conference, Rick Mulhern is the guy to see. Rick serves as the Conference EMT and spends the week reminding us to drink plenty of water, eat a healthy diet, and checks in on us if the altitude sickness hits. When not taking care of Conference attendees, Rick is an EMT in Madison, Wisconsin and a member of Sun Prairie United Methodist Church.
